Established in 1975, Kripaldas Premchand, our parent company, pioneered the manufacture of Greys Fabric of Cotton, initially serving domestic markets. In 2004, Shubhlaxmi Silk Mills was founded, furthering our legacy as innovators in fabric production. Over four decades, we have transformed from humble beginnings with conventional looms to adopting advanced automation technologies, substantially enhancing our production capabilities

Starting with greige cotton fabrics on overpick powerlooms , we’ve expanded our portfolio in 2010 by supplying greige shirting fabrics for domestic as well as the companies which export their fabrics. To be at par with the new emerging fashion trends and exploit our infrastructure, In 2018 we introduced ourselves in the market under a new name VEDANT PARIDHAN PRIVATE LIMITED to cater the export market, corporate uniforms and leading fashion brands.
